How long does each course take?

All SatProf courses are online, self-paced, and interactive. That means the time taken to complete a course depends on you. If you already are familiar with the material, you make be able to click through the pages relatively quickly and pass the quiz or skills test on the first try.

Most courses take 2-6 hours of focused online study, but some are shorter, and some can take much longer. See the details of the specific course you are interested in in the Course Catalog.

If you need more time, or if you have trouble with a quiz or skills test, you can simply slow down or review any pages you want. SatProf does not impose deadlines except that if you are taking the course as part of an annual Training Membership subscription, access to the course will stop when the the Training Membership expires. You can extend your access by renewing your membership. IMPORTANT: We do not grant no-charge extensions.
