Mr. Brooker has been the primary developer of all instructional materials and supporting software for all SatProf online training since its founding in 2005. His industry experience includes microwave integrated circuit and subsystem design, hardware and software engineering management, CAE/CAM software, production and process engineering management, VSAT system engineering, link and network planning, large earth station international project management, and simulation software for nonlinear amplifier distortion and antenna pointing error network effects. He has five issued patents and several publications and received an M.S.E.E. from the University of Illinois in 1981.
Mr. Selzer manages SatProf operations and administration, and assists in development of course content. Prior to joining SatProf, he managed and engineered a wide range of earth station system project at C-, Ku-, and Ka-band, for communications, broadcast, and other applications. He has previously served at Zilliox and Associates as a satellite engineering consultant and at Andrew Corporation as system engineer, project manager, and business unit manager in Europe and the U.S. He received a B.S.E.E. degree from Southern Methodist University in 1992.
